Life in a Residence Inn

View from door

Here's my room at the Residence Inn in Dedham, MA.

Here you can see the room from the doorway. What may not be obvious is one of the greatest features of this hotel. The Television! Those of you who've been on the road will understand. TV makes it better. <grin> The nice thing about the Residence Inn is that they have a more complete cable channel selection. For a guy, access to ESPN2 can be very important. As a bonus, they also carry The Cartoon Network. How much more could a guy ask for?

The fact that there is a couch in the room is just the icing on the cake.

What a kitchen
This is the view of the main room from the other corner. Benefits of staying in a Residence Inn include a seperate table, fridge and stove top. A keen eye will notice that the stove top does not mean that there is an oven in the room.

(This can make dealing with the frozen pizza bought for supper a challange...)

The fact that the staff will (and perhaps should) do the grocery shopping for me is greatly appreciated.

Sleep...

Happy bed. Sleep good.

(There's a 13" TV in here as well.)

Clean Towels!

And here's the last room in the suite. The only note I have is that it is very nice to have some else pick up the towels for me.

<grin>
