House Hunting Games

First, we have the house closest to my current apartment. I think this neighborhood is called Dayton's Bluff, but I could be wrong. Anyways, it's at 984 Wakefield Ave, and is described here.

Not too bad a neighborhood, though the house is oversold a bit...

Here's a house that's interesting. It's in Brooklyn Center, but as the map shows, it's off by itself, only the one street between I94 and the Mississippi. Park trail across the street... The seller wants $330K, but a good four-plex of two bedroom units? Could be good...

Here's one that looks good, though the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired... It's at 1533 E 18th St in Minneapolis. Description is here...

Here's one that was perfect. It's at 2048 Carroll Ave in Saint Paul, just a few blocks from the University of Saint Thomas. And only $250K! Of course, the owners already have four offers on the table. Description is here, but it's not too likely I'll see anymore of this one...
